Return Policy
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our warehouse is located in Asia, so be aware that international return shipping may incur costs. The average cost of return shipping typically ranges between $10 and $20 USD, depending on your location and courier service.
We strongly recommend using a Track & Trace shipping service for your return, as Corelle Paris cannot be held responsible for lost or untraceable packages.
How to Return Your Product – 3 Simple Steps
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at info@corelleparis.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps and provide the return address.
Step 2: Send Your Package
Once you have received return instructions, send your item(s) to the address provided. Make sure to use a shipping method with a Track & Trace code and retain your receipt. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment, so please choose a traceable and reliable shipping method.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund
As soon as we receive your returned item(s) in good condition and verify that they meet the return requirements, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order. If so, please note that order cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
To cancel an order within this timeframe, contact us immediately at contact@corelleparis.com with your order number and cancellation request.
Important Notes
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition, with all labels, tags, and packaging intact.
The product must show no signs of wear, washing, or damage.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items show signs of use, damage, or if they are not in resellable condition.
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g. incorrect size or change of mind), the consumer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The specific fee will depend on the courier you choose.
Returns that are lost in transit without a tracking number cannot be refunded.
